Workshop 3: Building a UE5 Project

This intermediate workshop explores how to build an Unreal Engine project for desktop. The session covers tips for optimising your scenes in UE5; audio systems and options for UE5; and building and displaying a UE5 project.
Pre-requisites:
Participants must have pre-installed and tested the Unreal Engine on their machines in advance of the session.
PC users need to install the following additional software:
Visual Studio 2019 or later with the Desktop development with C++ workload.
Make sure Windows SDK is correctly installed with Visual Studio.
Update Graphics Card drivers
Mac users need to install the following additional software:
macOS 10.14 (Mojave) or later
Install Xcode from the Mac App Store, which includes the necessary development tools.
Ensure that you have the latest Metal-compatible graphics drivers if you're using a Mac with a dedicated GPU.

He was creative director and co-founder of digital studio Werkflow, innovating real-time visuals for artists like Rachel Maclean, Actress, Nike and more. Recently he worked as technical lead on several Unreal Engine powered artworks by Libby Heaney, Keiken and Sidsel Meineche Hansen.
